When we saw this review, we noticed that it described exactly what our restaurant is all about. Although our restaurant is a small, and has few tables, that is not what we bring to the table. What you will find here is a authentic Peruvian style meal, unlike no other. We promise you that all the dishes in our shop will exceed your standards and leave you satisfied.

All of our free-range chickens have been marinated to perfection for over 24 hours with over 16 different Peruvian spices, and cooked in a Peruvian imported, eco-friendly, charcoal rotisserie oven. All that preparation gives us the most tender, juicy and tasty chicken that you will ever try.
Contrary to popular belief, you will be in and out the door in minutes. All you have to do is choose your chicken portion, sides and your on your way. We have fresh chickens around the clock from morning to night, so you don't have to worry about missing out.
Traditionally in Peru, you can't miss the spicy dipping sauces in your Pollo a la Brasa meal.
So we bring to you, our own version called, The Traffic Light Sauces. We have it all from hot and spicy to mild and flavorful.

Our mission or dream when making this restaurant was to, stay as close as we could to the traditional Peruvian experience. What do we mean by this? Well, we first started by thinking and concluding that, to make original homemade Peruvian dishes.. We need original Peruvian ingredients. So this started our search for exclusive merchants that could provide us with the real-deal, straight from the source.
Originally from Ica, Peru, Mildred has always had a strong love and passion for Peruvian cuisine. With the teachings of her mother, she took to the kitchen and started cooking all the mouth watering Made To Order dishes you have come to love. She also produces all the juices and desserts with fresh ingredients that she has carefully selected beforehand. Her passion for her food can be seen and tasted in every dish.
Also originally from Peru, Jose never had imagined that his dream of opening his own "Polleria" (chicken place) could actually happen. But after 13 years of working different lines of work in Delaware, he decided to finally open up his very own place, where he could demonstrate the delicious and amazing flavors that Peru has to offer to the world.
